Over the years, Lukas has continuously engaged with vernacular image-making practices in China, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan & Myanmar, leading to the publication of many photobooks including Indian Minute Camera Photographers and Afghan Box Camera. Additionally, he established Fraglich Publishing with the goal of making books by other authors, often focusing on overlooked or forgotten visual histories.
